Can PSI provide payroll services to U.S. or international businesses with Canadian employees?

Absolutely. We help many different international businesses pay their Canadian employees.

How long does it take to set up my company's payroll with PSI?

We can have you set up within less than 1 week of lead time. Simply call 416-204-4705 or use the PSI contact form to request a call back from our customer service team. We will provide you with an estimate and take you through the straightforward steps to bring you on board.

How much does your service cost?

If I hire PSI to manage my payroll, will I need to commit to a contract?

No term contract or commitment. We will work with you to establish an agreement outlining the services PSI will provide as well as the expectations of each party.

How do I submit my payroll information to PSI?

You can submit your payroll information via email, fax or phone. Whatever is most convenient for you.

Does PSI replace the need for my accountant's services?

No. PSI is solely focused on helping small and mid-sized companies manage their payroll needs and government remittances. Through our extensive network, PSI can from time to time provide referrals to our clients, but we do not replace the need for an accountant or tax advisor.

How long has PSI been in business?

PSI Employer Services Inc. was founded in 1995, serving clients worldwide who have employees in Canada.

How will my employees receive their pay?

In most cases, we set up a direct electronic transfer into your employee’s bank account of choice.

Will my employees receive a pay stub or statement?

Yes, all employees on payroll will receive a statement detailing gross and net pay, federal and provincial deductions, vacation time and any additional bonuses or deductions. Statements can be sent to your office for distribution or mailed individually to each employee.

I only have 5 employees. Do you manage payroll for companies of my size?

Absolutely! We serve many businesses with 5 employees or less and we do it very cost efficiently.

What do I need to do in order to add or remove employees from payroll?

Simply call our customer service team at 416-204-4705 or email us. Please fill out and include a copy of our employee information form for each change.

Do you provide any year end services?

Yes. We prepare all necessary year end documents and proceed to file electronically upon our client’s request and approval.
