Head of Operations

Juliana is a focused people leader with extensive global experience transforming organizations in both the public and private sector. As our Head of Operations Juliana is responsible for continued service enhancements, compliance best practices and team member enablement whilst assuring best in class results for every PSI client and partner. A compassionate results driven collaborator, mentor and visionary, Juliana brings a wealth of service, process and operational experience to the forefront at PSI assuring continued access and support for every team member, client and partner.

Adrian Demkiw

General Manager

Adrian has 25+ years business management experience and 10+ years HCM advisory and partner alliance engagement. A client focused relationship and partnership enabler.

Gillian Bremner

Payroll System Lead

Gillian has 30+ years payroll experience and extensive on-boarding and implementation experience. She enables dedicated PSI team members and valued clients for success.

Monika Midgal

Team Lead

Monika has 15 years of experience in bookkeeping and payroll and Bachelor of Economics from University of Ottawa. She’s been awarded with the Payroll Compliance Practitioner Certification (PCP) (The Canadian Payroll Association) and has worked for PSI for over 3 years, She is bilingual in English and Polish.

Cindy Positano

Head of Implementation

Cindy has 20+ years payroll operations and implementation expertise. She is CPM Certified and is an expert in project management and project execution. Client and partner focused, she leads a dedicated team providing an iterative implementation experience.
