Employee Self Service System Manager Software

The Employee Self Service System Manager is the starting point for all program functions. It provides access to each of your installed modules. Each time you login to the program, this window will appear.

Employee Information

Here employees have access to their personal information as well as make changes to their home address, phone numbers and email addresses.

Employee Availability

Here, employees have the ability to let the employer know when they are available to work. This can be turned off by the employer if it is not needed.

Bank Information

This section has all of the employee’s banking information. Here, the employee is able to examine his or her bank account information for review, however, the employee is not able to make any changes in this section.

We provide up to three bank accounts and allow you to have portions of your pay allocated to one or more of the available accounts. There must be a valid bank account number present in order to have your pay transferred electronically.

Employee Payroll Profile

This dialog box displays all your known payroll data. Serving as a query function, this dialog box allows you to view and update the information from one location rather than having to access multiple menu commands. Here the employee is able to view their payroll history. This site is valuable when employees need to show proof of payroll for loans, mortgages, etc ...

Payroll

This section, the employee is able to view their current payroll information by opening each tab viewing taxes, earnings, deductions as well as accumulations such as vacation, sick time, etc.

Common Document Archive

The Common Document Archive is used to provide you with a list of documents or files from your employer that may be necessary. For example, health and dental benefit claim forms that are printable may be on this list allowing you to print a claim form prior to a medical or dental appointment where a claim form is required. Additionally, your employer may also place training video or presentation material on this list allowing you to view training material away from the workplace. This archive may also be used by your employer to update employees through company memos or newsletters placed on this list.
